Probe Cards		The probe cards are used to monitor events on the network either on the A-link interface (between BSC and MSC) or on the A-bis link (between BTS and BSC). The probe card collects the handover data without impacting on network performance and is able to provide other diagnostic tools to the cellular network operator.
