Bryan Mistele, President and Chief Executive Officer
Bryan Mistele is the co-founder, President & Chief Executive Officer of INRIX, the leading global provider of traffic information and driver services. Bryan started INRIX in 2004, having had more than 15 years experience building high-technology businesses and transforming industries through the power of information technology Prior to INRIX, Mistele was an executive at Microsoft, responsible for successfully building and managing four businesses within the company, including Microsoft’s Automotive, Mobile Services, Real Estate & Mortgage and Personal Finance/Investing business units. Prior to Microsoft, Mistele worked at the Ford Motor Company. As a leader on technology and transportation issues, Bryan has served as a member of the Bipartisan Policy Center’s National Transportation Policy Project, and as a member of the United States Department of Transportation’s ITS Advisory Committee. Bryan currently serves on the board of the Discovery/Cascadia Institute, a leading think-tank on transportation issues in the Northwest; on the board of the Intelligent Transportation Society of America, the industry’s main trade group; and on the regional executive committee of Gen Next, a network of accomplished entrepreneurial leaders committed to taking on global challenges. Bryan holds a B.S. in computer engineering from the University of Michigan and an MBA from the Harvard Business School. |

Jeff deCillia, Chief Financial Officer
As Chief Financial Officer, Jeff deCillia is responsible for leading INRIX’s worldwide finance organization which includes corporate strategy, overseeing acquisitions, treasury activities, tax planning, accounting and reporting. He brings a broad base of financial and operational experience with a proven track record of enhancing operating performance through process improvement, cost control, acquisitions and new business development. Prior to joining INRIX, Jeff served as CFO of PivotLink Corp, a recognized OnDemand Top 100 company and leader in software as a service business intelligence, where he was instrumental in completing multiple funding rounds, customer contract negotiations and business development work that resulting in a 300 percent increase in the company’s customer base during his tenure. Prior to PivotLink, Jeff was CFO at Captaris Inc., a $100 million, global leader in communications software. Among his key accomplishments, he led the company’s implementation and ongoing Sarbanes-Oxley compliance as well as completed several significant M&A transactions. Under his leadership, Jeff successfully guided the company back to profitability ensuring revenue and EPS results in line with every published guidance range. Previously, Jeff spent seven years at Deloitte where he focused on technology and worked on a variety of public offerings. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of Washington. |

Alex Meyer, Senior Vice President, Operations
Alex Meyer is responsible for all production operations, customer and partner support, and internal IT at INRIX. Meyer has over 19 years experience establishing and managing technology and customer support organizations. Most recently, Meyer built and managed a new consulting division within Covestic, a regional technology consulting firm. Meyer led a staff of 35 consultants responsible for providing Fortune 500 clients with high-end project leadership and program office consulting for their large, high risk and complex technology projects. Before Covestic, Meyer was VP, Network Operations and Customer Care at Terabeam, a company focused on building out nationwide metro area networks leveraging proprietary wireless technology. Meyer began his tenure with Terabeam as VP, IT Data Center Operations and Business Applications, where his teams installed and managed a state-of-the-art, high availability data center and NOC, CRM/SFA and Billing systems, and new IT infrastructure and management processes. Previously, Meyer was a VP at AT&T Wireless where he managed all aspects of numerous functions encompassing acquisition integration, retail sales and supply chain systems, fraud and revenue assurance systems, and network usage delivery systems. In the late 90's, as AT&T Wireless was growing through acquisitions of US wireless carriers, he built an acquisition integration team and program management methodology for IT that quickly became the model for how the entire company would organize the efficient and effective integration of acquired cellular companies. Meyer held various roles with Andersen Consulting (now Accenture) for nine years early in is his career as product manager, project and team manager, and software developer. He holds a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from Columbia University and a B.A. in Math-Physics from Whitman College. |

Kush Parikh, Senior Vice President, Business Development
Kush Parikh is globally responsible for business development, sales, and products. His key focus is on revenue generation, strategic partners and products across INRIX’s key markets including automotive, mobile, public sector, media and commercial fleets. Kush has over 15 years of experience in the high tech sector, primarily in software, data, hardware and how they apply to distributed devices. His functional expertise varies from business operations and product marketing to full profit and loss responsibility in high growth markets. Prior to INRIX, Kush most recently ran strategic marketing in Texas Instruments mobile connectivity group. In this role, he helped build various businesses including WLAN, Bluetooth, GPS, and Mobile TV. Kush’s passion in high growth markets started in his role as a principal at TI, where he evaluated the viability of start-up companies for both investment and partnership. Earlier in his career, Kush was a product marketing and applications engineer for the hard disk drive market at IBM Microelectronics. Kush holds a MBA from Duke University's Fuqua School of Business and a B.S. in electrical engineering from the Pennsylvania State University. He was also recently granted INRIX’s first business methodology patent related to data and traffic information. |

Tracy Daw, General Counsel
As General Counsel, Tracy Daw is responsible for all global legal matters at INRIX. Daw has over 20 years of experience as a corporate attorney in both private practice and as an in-house counsel, and also has significant corporate development experience. At RealNetworks, Daw was most recently Senior Vice President and Chief Legal Officer, managing all of the company’s global legal affairs and corporate development efforts. He joined RealNetworks in 2000 and played a key role in all of the company’s acquisitions and other significant corporate transactions, and oversaw all SEC-related matters during his tenure. Prior to joining RealNetworks, he was a partner in the law firm of Sidley Austin in Chicago. Daw has a J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School, and a B.S. degree from Cornell University. |

Mark Daymond, Senior Vice President, Engineering
Mark Daymond is responsible for product design and engineering at INRIX. He has over 21 years of experience designing and delivering complex software systems as well as managing multi-discipline, multi regional/cultural projects. Prior to INRIX, Daymond was an executive at Microsoft for 15 years serving in a number of senior positions most recently as Group Program Manager for the Media Center TV team. In this position, he was responsible for all aspects of the design and delivery of the Media Center TV product which included managing a multi-national team. Previously, Daymond was the Group Program Manager for the Automotive Business Unit where he oversaw the Windows Mobile based Automotive Operating System product range, the Voice Command product, the FIAT "Blue & Me" voice-activated in car communications system and other instances of this telematics technology. After successful delivery of these products Daymond became Director of Platform Development responsible for the successful delivery and review of the ABU three year worldwide product roadmap strategy. Prior to the Automotive group, Daymond was GPM in the Languages division for a number of releases of Visual C++, Visual C# and Visual studio, where he was responsible for all aspects of product and language design. He also previously served as principal consultant for Microsoft Consulting Services in the UK offering architectural and system level design. He was then selected to be one of the two founding consultants to build the first MCS office in Hong Kong, where he continued to serve as Principal Consultant. Before Microsoft, Daymond was a co-founder of Threadz, a UK software company, responsible for a Windows 2.0 debugging product as well as Threadz Organizer, a product later acquired by Lotus. Daymond's previous experience includes the Operational Research Special Project Unit at British Airways, where OR techniques were applied to multi-purpose computing devices, including the original IBM PC. |

Stuart Marks, Senior Vice President, EMEA
Stuart Marks is the Senior Vice President, EMEA at INRIX. Previously, he was the founder and Chief Executive of ITIS Holdings plc, a world leader in real time traffic information services. ITIS was listed on the London Stock Exchange until 2009 and successfully established business in the UK, Germany, South Africa, Russia, Brazil and China. In August, 2011 the entire share capital of ITIS Holdings plc was sold to INRIX. ITIS was the leading UK provider of traffic flow and incident information to in car navigation systems for customers including BMW, Mercedes, Ford, Jaguar Land Rover and Renault. The company’s former Trafficlink subsidiary (now part of INRIX) provides traffic and travel reports to all BBC radio stations and most commercial radio stations from five studios around the UK. ITIS delivered the world’s first commercial GPS probe based traffic information service and pioneered the use of net FVD, a technology using handovers from a GSM mobile network to create traffic flow information. In Germany, ITIS worked with Telefonica O2 to anonymously access millions of devices to support BMW’s new connected Real Time Traffic Information Service. Prior to founding ITIS, Stuart was the Chairman and major shareholder of Module Communications, a London based leading digital media agency which he sold to Grey Advertising in 1999. Before that, Stuart was the founder and CEO of Handling Solutions which was the UK’s leading direct marketing and customers loyalty management company and was sold to Park Group plc in 1994. |

Harry He, General Manager, Asia
Dr. Harry He is responsible for leading INRIX’s global expansion into key Asian markets with emphasis on developing strategic partners, strong customer relationships and building a brand name for INRIX in Asia. He joins INRIX with more than 11 years of industry knowledge and experience in the mobile embedded software markets. He is a dynamic, top-performing sales executive who brings to INRIX unique expertise in Asian OEM account management and an in-depth understanding of the complex Chinese regulatory process. Before joining INRIX, He served as Sales Director at Nuance Communications, the world leader in speech recognition and mobile embedded software, where he was responsible for their embedded software product line for the Asia Pacific region. Prior to Nuance, He was General Manager for Tegic Communications/AOL Regional OEM sales of the Greater China region. Besides tripling the territory’s sale revenue, he had successfully secured endorsements from various Chinese governmental agencies for broader market adoptions, firmly establishing the T9 embedded mobile software as the market leader in the region. He’s expertise extends beyond business development to marketing and product management. He was instrumental in re-engineering the T9 mobile software product line for the Chinese market and bringing a breakthrough text entry method for the country’s mobile handset consumers. Harry He is fluent in Mandarin Chinese. He holds a Ph.D. in Elementary Particle Physics from the University of Washington and a Bachelor’s degree in Physics from Peking University in Beijing, China. |

Kevin Foreman, Vice President, Consumer
Kevin leads INRIX’s applications business and the development of breakthrough traffic powered driver services for mobile navigation. Whether through the company’s award-winning INRIX Traffic App or its real-time traffic powered applications for companies like Ford, Kevin’s team leads INRIX’s efforts to help consumers save time, spend less on gas and drive greener when they’re on the go. Prior to INRIX, Foreman was CEO of Point Inside, Inc, the leading developer of indoor mapping and navigation mobile applications. Point Inside’s free iPhone and Android apps provide consumers with indoor smart maps of hundreds of malls & airports enabling users to instantly locate 250,000+ stores, restrooms, elevators and other guest services. Foreman was also the CEO of Bevy, Inc. a leading social shopping Facebook application developer and is today considered an industry expert in helping businesses with their social media strategies. Previously, Kevin spent nearly a decade at RealNetworks in various mobile, product development and developer relations roles. Most notable of his accomplishments was creating a community of open source and commercial source developers building a cross platform media platform – Helix. Kevin holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Calgary and an MBA from the Harvard Business School. |

Scott Baker, Vice President, Human Resources
Scott Baker is responsible for Human Resources and Facilities at INRIX. He joins INRIX with over 22 years of experience in Human Resources providing HR leadership in high tech, R&D, manufacturing, and service organizations. For the seven years prior to INRIX, Baker was the Director of Human Resources at Cintas Corporation and was based in Cleveland, Ohio and Seattle. During his tenure, he had responsibility for over 50 sites in Washington, Oregon, California, Idaho, Pennsylvania, New York, Michigan, Ohio, Indiana, and Western Canada. Baker focused on recruitment, talent management, training and development, employee relations and engagement, and workforce planning. Before Cintas, Baker was responsible for Human Resources at Waste Management in the Northwest Region (Seattle). He supported over 35 sites in over five states and was heavily involved in talent management, employee relations, and union relations. Baker also served as HR Director at ID Certify, a hi-tech and R&D start-up in Seattle that developed software allowing documents to be signed electronically over the internet. He created and implemented the HR structure for the company including compensation & benefits, company culture, talent management, staffing, and HR policies and procedures. Baker reported to the President and CEO. He previously held various HR positions at Microsoft, General Electric and Ford Motor Company. He has a Masters in Human Resources and Labor Relations (MHRLR) from Michigan State University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from the same university. He is certified as a Senior Professional in HR (SPHR) by the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM). He is an active supporter of Students in Free Enterprise (SIFE) and served on the Advisory Board for the Cleveland Northeast Ohio Chapter of the National Black MBA Association. |

Scott Sedlik, Vice President, Marketing
Scott Sedlik is responsible for product management, strategic marketing, brand strategy, and marketing communications across the company’s business-to-business vertical markets. Scott is also engaged in strategic market development, including the company’s global expansion into China and other emerging markets. Scott is a startup veteran with over 20 years of executive experience in strategic marketing, product management, brand development, and go-to-market strategies. Scott’s domain expertise includes automotive telematics, mobile apps, Software as a Service (SaaS), and e-commerce. He has a successful track record of building leadership positions with public and startup companies in emerging markets from early-stage to international presence. Scott previously held executive marketing and product management positions at numerous technology companies including BSQUARE, InfoMove, iCat, and Corbis. He holds a MBA from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management and a B.S. in Marketing from San Francisco State University. |
