The IVR (Interactive Voice Response) system allows callers to request traffic information for specific motorways and A-roads, as well as regional weather forecasts, regional traffic information and information about the London Underground. If traffic information is requested, journalistic incident information and live delay data from FVD® are combined to give the caller information on current traffic conditions, including delays and vehicle speeds.
