In September 2003 ITIS announced that Subaru's new Legacy would come with the
ITIS Radio Data System - Traffic Message Channel (RDS-TMC) as an integral
function of its satellite navigation system when purchased as part of the RDS-TMC option.
| The service allows drivers to receive real-time, and predictive traffic information from ITIS, on their satellite navigation systems allowing them to re-route around traffic congestion. |
