The ITIS Traffic Alert Generator (TAG) is a Control Room application that identifies delay exceptions from real time traffic data and overlays these exceptions with journalistic data so as to give the actual cause of the delay.

This data is then converted into Alert C format and is provided as data feeds to corporate customers for control room use.
