ITIS provide T-Mobile with the AA Roadwatch traffic information service, accessed by dialling 2020 from any T-Mobile handset.
| The IVR (Interactive Voice Response) system allows callers to request traffic information for specific motorways and A-roads, as well as regional weather forecasts, regional traffic information and information about the London Underground. If traffic information is requested, journalistic incident information and live delay data from FVD® are combined to give the caller information on current traffic conditions, including delays and vehicle speeds.

The system is located at two different centres in the UK to offer the best possible performance and resilience. The system can accept many hundreds of calls simultaneously at peak times, and on busy days has taken in excess of 90,000 calls.
