In December 2004 ITIS announced a new contract with Volvo Cars UK Limited to supply its RDS-TMC service as a standard feature on the factory-installed RTi satellite navigation system, which is available across all models in the Volvo Range.
| Volvo Cars are the third of the Ford Motor Company brands to standardise the RDS-TMC service and this contract is part of a larger framework agreement to provide this service across other Premier Automotive Group brands including Aston Martin, Volvo and Jaguar. ITIS already supplies RDS-TMC to Ford and Land Rover.

Hugh Reid, Volvo Car UK's Managing Director said:
